expert writing, coaching, and guidance for grant proposal development
Our GrantWriters™ comprehensive service is ideal for clients who need assistance with the entire grant proposal development process. Most of our clients that use this service have either never written a grant proposal, don’t have the time to write a grant proposal, or have written a proposal that didn’t get funded.
The service includes proposal concept development, assistance with registrations, oversight and management of the grant writing process, and assistance with proposal submission.
Our expert writers provide personalized consultation and mentoring for clients to assist them with common problems (e.g. research team building; IRB review; budget preparation; securing letters of collaboration, support, and or sub-contractor agreements; answers to questions about the application process and the peer review process and managing the grant post-award.

Our goal: “Get it done—correctly and on time.”
Our expert writers’ job is to provide each client with a clear pathway for the completion of your proposal and to assist you, guide you, encourage you, and keep you accountable for adhering to our mutually agreed upon timetable for completion of your proposal. When our time together has concluded, your proposal will be “submission ready.”
fair and honest pricing; flexible payment options
- We understand that you work hard for your money and we will consider it an honor if you decide to spend that money with us. We believe we have the responsibility to provide our clients with the pricing that accurately reflects the proposed scope of work on their project before we begin work. There are never any “hidden costs” presented to the client at the end of the project.
- While we do not work on a contingency basis (e.g. write your proposal and get paid only if your grant is funded), we make every effort to offer flexible payment options, and encourage our clients to apply for grant writing financial support through their state Federal and State Technology (FAST) Program, (SBA FAST) when available in their respective state. The FAST program makes grants to applicants to pay a portion or all the cost of developing SBIR/STTR proposals.
